摘要
对33个不同来源的玉米自交系的遗传多样性进行SSR分析,其结果为,自交系间遗传距离在0.1763-0.9490,平均为0.3228。除贞367遗传距离为大于0.90外,其他32个的遗传距离均小于0.51,表明玉米自交系间遗传基础狭窄。33个自交系的遗传距离按类平均法可聚为6类,其中Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ类又分为两个亚类。提高玉米的杂种优势利用水平,必须丰富亲本的遗传基础,扩大其遗传差异。
SSR markers were used to study genetic diversity of 33 lines in maize(Zea mays L. ), which had different sources. The main results were summarized as follows:The genetic distances between lines were small with an average of 0. 3228,ranged from 0. 1763 -0. 9490. Except the genetic basis of Zhen367 was limited, the lines were classified into six groups according to genetic distance by SSR analysis. The Ⅱ , Ⅲ, and Ⅳ were classified into two subgroups. To increase the heterosis of hybrid maise,the genetic diversity should be enriched and the genetic differences between parental lines should be expanded.
