摘要
为防止电磁干扰对变频器产生负面影响,实现变频器在工业自动化应用系统中稳定、可靠、安全地运行,通过对变频器电磁干扰源及其干扰途径进行分析,提出了防、抗电磁干扰的实际解决方法,给出了在变频器应用系统设计和安装中抑制干扰的具体措施,降低或消除了电磁干扰对变频器的影响。实践表明,该电磁干扰抑制方案为变频器在工业自动化应用系统中稳定、可靠、安全运行提供了保障,满足了工业变频器日常运行的需要。
In order to prevent the negative impact caused by electromagnetic interference(EMI) on the frequency converter, achieve the stable, reliable, safe operation of the frequency converter in the industrial automation application system, the effective methods of preventing or resisting electromagnetic interference were put forward. Design and installation measures in frequency converter application system were provided to weaken or eliminate the electromagnetic interference, basing on the analysis on the interference source and paths on frequency converter. The practice shows that these suppression countermeasures on electromagnetic interference can ensure the stable, reliable, the safe operation of the frequency converter in the industrial automation application system, and meet the ordinary operations of industry frequency converter.
