磁力导航髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折52例

摘要 目的观察磁力导航髓内钉治股骨干骨折效果。方法用磁力导航髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折52例：其中股骨骨折上1／3段8例，中1／3段35例，下1／3段9例。新鲜骨折46例，陈旧性骨折骨不连6例。结果随访6～36个月，平均15个月，48例正常愈合，3例延迟愈合，还有1例因过早负重且体重过大髓内钉断裂，重新髓内钉固定，4个月后复查摄片骨折愈合。骨折愈合时间2～18个月，平均4个月，手术时间50～120min，平均90min，平均失血量300ml。结论磁力导航髓内钉治疗股干骨骨折符和BO生物力学固定的理论，操作简单钻孔准确不用透视，创伤小。
