摘要
比较了单穗法、单粒法,单株法3种选择方法的选择效果。结果表明,多数性状的遗传方差及后代株系的平均产量、预期选择潜力,方法间无显著差异.多数性状的遗传变异系数、预期选择效果等以单穗选择法的后代群体略高,初步认为,在保持杂种后代分离群体的遗传变异性和选得优良个体的机率等方面,单穗选择法至少不亚于单粒选择法和单株选择法.由于单穗选择法具有易于采收的优点,可能成为水稻常规育种程序中一种新的、行之有效的选择方法。
The selection efficiency of three breeding procedures,started from.the same 100 F_2 plants selected from each cross,were compared in this study.The results showed that the means and genetic variances of 50 selected lines,the absolute genetic advances and the expected potentials of selection for yield did not differ significantly for the three methods of breed- ing.The phenotypic and genotypic coefficients of variation,standard errors,and the expected genetic advances to most of the quantitative cha- racters were a little greater in the single spike-derived population than in the two others.Based on the results of the investigation mentioned above,we consider that the SS method is at least as good as the SG or SP method in maintaining the genetic variability in the segregating hybrid progenies.Since the SS method is the most sampling-time-saving,it is expected that the SS method should become a new and efficient selection procedure utilized to handle the hybrid materials in conventional rice breeding program.
