摘要
北仑港使用的２１００ｔ／ｈ绳索牵引桥式抓斗卸船机是采用带补偿小车式抓斗，其牵引小车绕绳系统可延长钢丝绳使用寿命，采用４绳牵引，从而使抓斗起升绳、开闭绳和牵引绳通用。文中示出了绕绳系统及牵引绳平衡架结构图、滑轮设计参数以及在不同工况开斗时闭合绳的垂度实测值。
2100t/h bridgetype grab ship unloaders with rope trolley are used in Beilun Harbour.The machines feature a compensation trolley.Providing with long rope life,the reeving system of the trolleys operates with four trailing ropes,thus allowing the grabs lifting and closing ropes as well as the trailing ropes of trolleys to have same diameter.This paper illustrates the reeving system and balance frame structure of trailing ropes and gives design parameters of pulleys and measured in practice values of deflection of closing rope when grab is opened in different conditions.
