摘要
根据中国一拖公司实际,在成组技术的基础上,研制开发了一种应用于履带式拖拉机轴类零件的半创成式 CAPP 系统,我们称其为 LTCAPP。使用该系统,只需根据零件的图样输入其制造特征信息,系统即可自动生成该零件的工艺文件,其内容详细,工序图,工序尺寸完整,是一个非常实用的 CAPP 系统。
This article is developed on the basis of group technology and the reality of the China First Tractor and Construction Machinery Co.It is a semi—generative CAPP system of axle-parts of the crawler tractor,called LTCAPP.Working with this system,one can get all process files of any axle—part by input- ing its characteristic information.The process files have much detail in it,and it is a very practical CAPP sys- tem.
