摘要
昆明种小鼠预先接受50mGyX射线照射或不同浓度小剂量丝裂霉素C注射,然后再分别接受不同浓度大剂量丝裂霉素C或1.5GyX射线辐射处理。其预先处理组骨髓细胞和生殖细胞染色体畸变率均明显低于单纯处理组,表明丝裂霉素C和X射线在小鼠整体内可诱发交叉适应性反应;且适应性反应程度与适应性处理和攻击性处理的丝裂霉素C浓度呈负相关。
Kunming mice pre treated with 50 mGy X ray or low dose of different concentration MMC were exposed to high concentration MMC or 1.5Gy X rays. The results showed that the yields of chromosome aberrations of pre treated groups both in mouse bone marrow cells and germ cells were lower than those of a 1.5Gy group or single high concentration groups. These indicated that there existed a cross adaptive response induced by low concentration MMC or low dose X rays, in whole body mice respectively. The magnitude of the cross adaptation had a negative relationship with adaptive MMC doses, as well as challenge MMC doses.
