Realization of maximum a posterior estimator in parameter estimation

摘要 简要介绍了贝叶斯参数估计的基本原理,并在选择均匀代价函数的基础上,给出了最大后验(MAP)估计器的实现方法。以223个电阻测量值作为样本,利用Parzen窗法估算出了先验概率密度函数,由此得出了该样本的MAP估计器,并与数据拟合技术进行了比较,验证了该方法的可行性与优越性,从而为此技术的广泛应用提供了依据。 The main principal of Bayes parameter estimation is briefly introduced. Based on uniform cost function, a realization method of maximum a posterior estimator (MAP) is derived. Meanwhile, by using Parzen windows estimation methods to get the prior probability density function, a MAP estimator of a resistance dataset is obtained directly. Compared with data-fitting technique, it is proven that the method is feasible and advantageous. Therefore, it provide an example for wider application of this method.
