摘要
供应商管理库存是供应链库存管理的一种先进库存管理模式。通过Y公司和供应商之间采用基于第三方物流企业G公司的供应商管理库存运行流程的实例,分析了基于第三方物流企业的供应商管理库存实施的监控机制,并提出了绩效评估指标和流程,从而提升了基于第三方物流企业的供应商管理库存服务质量。
VMI is an advanced inventory management model of supply chain inventory management. By VMI running process instance that G Company is the 3PL company between Y Corporation and suppliers, monitoring mechanism of VMI implementation based on 3PL enterprises was analyzed, and performance evaluation process and target were put forward, so as to enhance VMI quality of service based on 3PL company.
