摘要
针对目前农业技术推广体系存在的问题,结合农业发展实际和农民对农业科技的需求与渴望,提出了改革与创新农业技术推广体系的举措:加强终端建设、创新组织构架、改革运行机制和完善推广模式,以实现农业科技成果的快速转化,提高农业的科技含量和科技水平,达到生产发展的目的,最终实现农业增效、农民增收。
In view of the current problems of popularization system of agricultural techniques, combining with the actual development of agriculture and farmers＇ needs and desire in agricultural science and technology, it was put forward that popularization system of agricultural techniques should be reformed and innovated, which included strengthening the terminal building, innovating organizational structure, reforming operational mechanism and perfecting the patterns of promotion. The aim was to achieve rapid transformation of scientific and technological achievements in agriculture, improve scientific and technological content in agriculture, win purpose of production development, and then ultimately achieve agricultural efficiency and farmers＇ increase.
