摘要
采用浓度为100mg/kg的GA3和PP333浸种,研究了小麦形态和生理指标对药剂处理的反应。结果表明,PP333处理抑制了植株地上部生长,增强生根力,增加根/冠和植株体内脯氨酸含量,提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和IAA氧化酶活性。但却降低了过氧化物酶(POD)、淀粉酶活性及细胞膜透性。GA3则促进地上部生长,降低根/冠及IAA氧化酶活性,提高淀粉酶和POD活性,SOD活性略增强。
Effect of physiology and morphonology of PP333 and GA3 on seed treatment were investigated in the wheat. The results showed that tiller were inhibited with PP333. Taking root ability, R/S, Pro content and activity of SOD and IAA were enhanced.But,activity of POD, amylase and plasmic membrane permeability were decreased. Tiller were promoted with GA3, R/S and activity of IAA were cutted down, activity of amylase, POD and SOD were increased. The contrary effects of PP333, GA3 on wheat tiller were showed.
