多肽处理对芒果钙素营养吸收的影响研究 被引量:15

摘要 2007、2008年于海南昌江海创芒果公司芒果园,以台农1号芒果9年生树为试材,在混合0.5%氯化钙的条件下进行多肽水溶液喷施试验,研究了不同浓度(800、1 200、1 500倍)多肽溶液对芒果钙素营养吸收的影响。结果表明,多肽能促进芒果叶片、果皮和果肉对钙素营养的吸收,其中以多肽800倍处理的效果最好,芒果叶片、果皮和果肉的钙含量分别为1.7862%、0.3005%、0.1380%,而清水对照则分别为1.0049%、0.1472%和0.0690%。 In this test, the polypeptide and three different concentrations (800, 1 200, 1 500) of calcium chloride solutions were spurtsed on 9-year-old mango trees at the mango orchard of Hainan Changjiang Haichuang Mango Company in 2007 and 2008. The results showed that the polypeptide could increase the calcium content in leaves, pericarp and pulp of mango. The effect of 800 polypeptide solution was the best,and the calclcium content of leaves, pericarp and pulp were 1.7862% ,0.3005%,. 0.1472%. But for the control, the calcium content of leaves, pericarp and pulp were only 1.0049%, 0.1472% and 0.0690%, respectirely.
