摘要 目的:探讨腹膜后肿瘤的MR诊断价值。方法:对10例经手术病理证实的腹膜后肿瘤MRI表现特点分析,其中神经源性肿瘤3例(神经鞘瘤1例、神经纤维瘤1例、恶性神经鞘瘤1例),平滑肌肉瘤1例,淋巴瘤(非何杰金氏病)3例,其中1例并股骨转移、畸胎瘤1例、血管内皮细胞瘤1例,嗜铬细胞瘤1例。结果:MRI定位诊断正确率100%,比较直观显示肿瘤的大小、形态及周围组织情况,并可进行部分成分的分析。结论:MRI三维成像及部分成分分析,对腹膜后肿瘤的诊断有重要价值。 Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of MRI on retroperitoneal tumor. Methods: 10 patients with pathologically confirmed retroperitoneal tumors were analyzed for the MRI performance characteristics. Among them,there were neurogenic tumors in 3 cases(1 case of Schwannoma, Ⅰ ease of neurofibroma and 1 cases of malignant Schwannoma),leiomyosareoma in 1 cases,lymphoma(non- Hodgkin) in 3 cases(1 case complicated with femur metastasis),teratoma in 1 case,hemangioendothelioma in 1 case and pheochromocytoma in 1 case. Results:The accuracy rate of MRI localization diagnosis was 100%. MRI could demonstrate the tumor size,shape and surrounding tissues, and analyzed the component parts. Conclusion:MRI three-dimensional image and its component parts analysis have an important value on diagnosing retroperitoneal tumors.
