摘要
采用沸水浸泡绿色银杏叶、乙醇提取水浸膏、乙酸乙酯提取内酯的工艺，所得白色晶体经ＨＰＬＣ检测含银杏内酯８１．５％，产率０．６‰。
Ginkgolides and bilobalide were extracted from Ginkgo biloba L.green leaves by boiling water,the condensed extract was treated with hot ethanol,after removing alcohol,the residue was extracted with ethyl acetate to obtain the white crystalline product,which contained 81.5 % of ginkgolides and bilobalide by HPLC.The yield was 0.6 ‰.
