驻波场中炼油厂重污油破乳脱水的研究 被引量:2

STUDY ON DEWATERING OF WASTE HEAVY OIL IN PETROLEUM REFINERY BY ULTRASOUND IN STANDING WAVE FIELD

摘要 以镇海炼化重污油为研究对象,采用正交实验考察了驻波场中影响超声污油破乳脱水的几个重要参数,如超声波声强、辐照时间、沉降时间、沉降温度、破乳剂类型及用量等。结果表明,污油脱后含水率随着沉降温度和沉降时间的提高而降低;污油破乳的超声波功率、辐照时间及破乳剂浓度都存在一个临界的最佳值。超声频率40 kHz时的单因素实验表明,驻波场中污油破乳脱水的最佳实验条件为:超声波声强413.5 W/m^2、破乳剂KXDH 150 mg/L、辐照时间10 min、沉降温度70℃及沉降时间90 min,在此优化条件可以将初始含水率为54%的重污油含水率降至0.2%。 Based on the investigation of heavy dirty oil in SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company, on-the-spot research in the standing wave field on several important parameters which affect dewatering and demulsification of the dirty oil, such as sound intensity, radiating time, sedimentation time, sedimentation temperature and demulsifier dosage, was carried out. Each of the influencing factors in the orthogonally arranged experiments was analyzed. The water contents in the waste oil decreases with increasing temperature and sedimentation time. It is preferred to screen out the optimal parameters of ultrasonic frequency, radiating time and the dosage of demulsifer through substantial amounts of experimental testing. The optimum experimental conditions of the dewatering and demulsification of the dirty oil in standing wave field under the frequency of 40 kHz are sound intensity of 413.5 W/m^2, demulsifier dosage KXDH of 150 mg/L, radiating time of 10 min, sedimentation temperature of 70℃ and sedimentation time of 90 min. Based on these conditions, the water content in the dirty oil is decreased from 54% to 0.2%.
