一种新型表面电位计的硬件设计

摘要 表面电位计可测量带电体的表面电位,测量电荷量大小,它是静电复印,静电印刷,静电记录等研究,生产单位必备的仪器。在有些生产过程中可用作连续测量制成品的静电电位,以控制产品的质量。本文设计了一种新型表面电位计,此仪器由两部分组成,分别是传感器部分和电子线路部分。利用DDS技术,用ARM芯片即LPC2114对仪表电路进行设计。重点介绍了电子线路部分的硬件设计。 Surface potentiometer can measure the surface potential of charged body and the numbers of the charges. It is a necessary equipment of electrostatic photocopying, electrostatic printing, electrostatic record for some companies. In some production processes it can be used for measuring electrostatic potential of manufactures to control the quality of the products. In this paper, a new type surface potentiometer is designed, which is composed of two parts. One part is sensors and the other is electronic circuit. The circuit is designed by using DDS technology and the LPC2114 ARM chip. This paper focuses on the electronic circuit parts of the hardware design.
