近十年来，计算模式已由主板迅速地转成了群机网络，而且通常以工程工作站群为典型．这样的网络具有着更优良的性能、更强的可靠性和基于主板系统的更大的可扩展性．这种网络的总体计算能力是十分惊人的，然而，为发挥这种功能的潜力，一个良好的负载分配策略是很必要的．本文对负载平衡过程中的几个关键因素加以分析，给出结论并指出主要应在哪方面进行进一步的研究．
