摘要
本文引进了按回路局部对角占优阵的概念，得到了非奇异Ｍ－矩阵的两个新的等价表征，改进与推广了已有的结果。
In this paper,we introduce the concept of locally diagonally dominant matrix according circuit,obtained two new eguivalent representations of nonsingular M-Matrices improve and genertalize some results obtained.
