摘要 拟通过使用GeXP多重基因表达系统检测健康人和不同疾病外周血中炎性因子及相关基因的表达。使用GeXP多重基因表达系统对血中基因进行检测,并以β-ACTIN作为参考基因,得到血中基因表达的相对含量。优化实验体系,在不同疾病中基因表达有不同的改变。建立了外周血细胞炎性相关基因检测的条件,并对引物进行优化,为多重PCR检测技术的临床开展提供了新的思路和技术支持。 To optimize detection of peripheral blood inflammatory related gene expression by GeXP multi-gene expression system. Multiplex RT-PCR and capillary electrophoresis was used to amplify and divide gene expression. Nine inflammatory related genes were tested in peripheral blood, using β-ACTIN as the reference. RNA and primer concentrations were were found in peripheral blood. optimized for the test. Some c More researches can be carried hanges of inflammatory related gene out with this optimized system which expression would help for tests of high output samples.
