摘要
我国农村公路资金存在很大的缺口,如何合理有效地使用有限的农村公路建设资金有着重要的现实意义。在分析设计对造价影响的基础上,紧紧围绕农村公路的功能定位和特征,提出了基于灵活性设计的农村公路造价控制思想,并在农村公路的路线设计、路基设计、路面设计及筑路材料选用等方面提出了造价控制对策。
There is a lot of gaps in rural highway funds in China, how use limited funds rationally and efficiently for construction of rural roads has important practical significance. After an analysis of the design impact on cost, the rural highways function orientation and characteristics are focussed on closely, a new idea is put forward for cost control based on flexibility design and the countermeasures for cost control in alignment design, embankment design, pavement design and construction material selection of rural highway are presented.
