摘要
依据大跨径预应力混凝土梁桥预应力损失机理,针对目前结构设计中影响纵向预应力损失的主要因素,优化大跨径预应力混凝土梁桥长束纵向预应力束为较短束,以减小预应力张拉过程中产生的摩阻损失,提高悬臂施工过程中箱梁根部的预应力储备,改善成桥后的应力状态,增强L/4截面混凝土的抗剪能力。为大跨径预应力混凝土梁桥的纵向预应力束的设计提供一种新的思路。
According to the principle and main factor of longitudinal prestress loss during the structure design at present, the long strand of the longitudinal prestress is changed into a short one in long span PC bridge. By this optimal design the friction loss would be reduced obviously in the stretching process and the prestress reserve in the root of the box girder would be enhanced during the cantilever construction stage. Meanwhile, with this method the stress state of the completed long span PC bridge can be improved and the shear capability in L/4 section can be strengthened effectively. It promotes a new design idea for long span PC bridge during the longitudinal prestress strand design.
