摘要
针对海洋环境下浪溅区腐蚀作用等级高、常规温控措施较难实施的特点,对全桥浪溅区的大体积混凝土裂缝控制措施进行了统筹规划,依据混凝土构件尺寸、方量和施工期,在仿真计算的基础上,采取优化配合比、通冷却海水、优化结构设计和精细化养护、全程温度监测等措施。现场实施情况表明,采取上述措施后有效地避免了浪溅区混凝土结构的温度裂缝。
According to the splash zone characters of high corrosion effect grade and different implementation of conventional temperature control measures in marine environment, cracking control measures of mass concrete in the splash zone are planned as a whole. In addition, considering the dimension, volume and construction period of concrete members, on the basis of simulation calculation, some control measures which include optimization of concrete mix and structure design, seawater cooling, meticulous curing and temperature monitoring on the whole course are adopted. As a result, the field operations show that thermal cracks of concrete structure in the splash zone are effetely avoided.
