摘要
目的调查门诊抗感染药物的应用情况，促进临床合理用药。方法调阅安徽省某医院2007年6月门诊药房处方，进行抗感染药物使用情况的调查，并结合同期门诊药物不良反应（ADR）报告进行统计分析。结果门诊抗感染药物的处方比例为45．8％，平均处方金额为62．56元，占药品销售金额的41．8％，其中联合应用抗感染药物占39．5％，静脉用抗感染药物占37．2％，ADR发生率80．6％，不合理用药占10．8％。结论该医院门诊抗感染药物的使用基本合理，但也存在一些不合理用药现象。
Objective To investigate the use of anti-infective drugs in outpatients of our hospital, and to promote rational administration in clinic. Methods Collecting the prescriptions of out-patient during June 2007 in our pharmacy,then statistically analyze the anti-infective drugs information in combination with adverse drug reaction （ADR） reports. Results The percentage of prescriptions was 45.8%, the average amount of the prescriptions was 62. 56 yuan ,the cost of anti-infective drugs accounted for 41.8%, prescriptions of combined use and injection were 39.5% and 37.2% ,the ratio of ADR was 80. 6% ,irrational administration accounted for 10. 8%. Conclusion The use of anti-infective drugs in our prescriptions of out-patients has some problems, but rational use is the main trend in our hospital.
