摘要
通过单向拉伸、金相观察和内耗测试,研究了冷却方式对该钢板组织及其性能的影响。这种影响规律的产生主要归结于冷却方式对冷却过程中碳化物再析出、空位扩散以及自湮灭现象的不同抑制作用的结果。
Effect of cooling manner to microstructure and property of ELC-BH steel plate is studied by means of single direction drawing, metallographic observation and internal consumption measurement. The rule of cooling manner effect may be mainly credited to the result of different suppression functions of cooling manner acted on carbide re-separating Out, vacant difusion and self annihilation phenomenon during the cooling proceclure.
