摘要
研究了经淬火回火和既经淬火回火又经不同工艺气体氮碳共渗而获得不同渗层厚度和不同组织的重负荷冷作模具用钢W6Mo5Cr4V2钢试样的多次冲击疲劳特性。研究结果表明,只有渗层厚度和组织合适、脆性较低的试样,且只有在低冲击能量下,才具有比未经共渗的试样高的多次冲击疲劳寿命。
Studies the impact fatigue characteristics of heavy cold working die steel W6Mo5Cr4V2 specimens which have been quenched or both quenched and case hardened by low temprature nitricarburization. Results of the experiments show that the impact fatigue life of case hardened steel specimens is longer than one of non case hardened steel specimens when thickness, structure and toughness of the layer hardened are optimal and when the impact energy is lower, but the case hardening loses the impact fatigue life at the higher impact energy.
