摘要
讨论了聚酯切片的黏度、熔体温度、纺丝组件、侧吹风速度、上油速度、拉伸倍数与热辊温度等因素,对研制555 dtex/192f聚酯细旦工业丝的影响。进而,选择合理的纺丝、卷绕的工艺参数,对熔体的可纺性和产品的干热收缩率和外观毛丝进行有效的控制,可生产出性能优良的555 dtex/192f聚酯细旦工业丝。
This paper discussed the effects of viscosity of polyester chips, temperature of the melt, spinning components, cross air blasting velocity,oiling speed,stretching ratio and temperature of hot roller on the preparation of 555 dtex/ 192f polyester fine denier industrial yarn. It intends to select rational processing parameters for spinning and rolling and effectively control the spin ability of melt, dry and heat shrinkage ratio and apparent broken filament so as to produce high-qualified 555 dtex/192f polyester fine denier industrial yarn.
