Researches on the Nanocrystallization of the Surface of the Welded Joints of 16MnR Steel and Their Performance of Wet H_2S Stress Corrosion Resistance

摘要 采用Ni-P-纳米TiO2复合化学镀对16MnR钢焊接接头进行表面处理,通过实验优选出复合化学镀的最佳工艺配方。采用恒载荷拉伸实验,对比试样抗湿H2S应力腐蚀性能,并对表面纳米化抗湿HS应力腐蚀机理进行探讨。 A surface treatment was made of the welded joints of 16MnR steel using Ni-P-nano-TiO composite chemical plating, the best formulation of the composite chemical plating was seleeted out through experiments. A constant load tensile test was used to compare the performance of wet H2S stress eorrosion resistance of the sample, and the mechanism of the wet H2S stress corrosion resistance of the nanocrystallization of the surface was discussed.
