贮藏对嫁接西瓜种苗质量及定植后生长的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Storage Conditions on Seedling Quality and Growth after Transplant of Watermelon

摘要 模拟贮藏方法研究了嫁接西瓜种苗贮运过程中和定植后的生长变化。研究结果表明,在贮运过程中2种嫁接西瓜苗与实生西瓜苗相比,可以保持种苗质量,防止徒长;叶片中淀粉和可溶性糖含量高于自根苗,丙二醛含量显著低于自根苗;嫁接西瓜定植后能快速恢复生长,心叶生长速度和根系生长量均高于自根苗。 The growth of the grafted and own-root watermelon seedlings during storage and after transplant were studied. The results showed that two grafted watermelon seedlings could keep better quality, and lower seedling height than own- root seedlings. The grafted watermelon seedlings leaves contained higher starch, soluble sugar, and lower malondialdehyde than own-root ones. After transplant, the grafted watermelon seedlings could recover quickly which represented the faster growth rate of the central leaves and better root growth than own-root seedlings.
