摘要
树脂转移成形(RTM)在非承力航空结构上应用已有多年历史,但一直应用不广,原因是尺寸精度、力学性能不稳定,废品率高。近年先进的树脂转移成形(ARTM)克服了传统的RTM的缺点,目前已用于制造飞机及喷气发动机上的关键零件。本文介绍了ARTM与传统RTM的不同点及其工艺特点,以及在机体及喷气发动机上的应用。并分析了它的局限性及其发展前景。
esin transfer molding (RTM)has been used for nonstructual aerospace components for many years, However its application is not extensive because of lack of consistency in dimension tolevances and mechanical properties. Overcoming the limitations of RTM, advanced resin transfer molding(ARTM) is used to fabricate flight critical parts. This article describes differences between ARTM and RTM, the process details of the former, and its applications on aircraft and jet engines. Its limitations and future prospects are addrened.
