摘要
[目的]观察风池穴封闭结合温针灸治疗枕大神经痛的临床疗效。[方法]风池穴局部封闭后温针灸治疗,观察疗效。[结果]82例中痊愈68.3%,显效劳23.2%,有效7.3%无效1.2%,总有效率98.3%。[结论]风池穴封闭结合温针灸治疗枕大神经痛是快速有效的。
[Objective]To observe the clinical effect of closed Fengchi acupoint and warm acupuncture moxibustion on greater occipital neuralgia. [Method] First administer closed Fengchi, then warm acupuncture moxibustion observe the efficacy. [Result] In 82 cases, 68. 3 % were cured, 23.2 % had marked effect, 7.3 % were effective, 1.2% had no effect, the total effective rate was 98. 3 %. [Conclusion] It is quick and effective to treat greater occipital neuralgia with closed Fengchi acupoint and warm acupuncture moxibustion.
