摘要
[目的]研究米索前列醇防治剖宫产术中及术后出血的临床疗效。[方法]随机抽取2007年本院剖宫产作为对照组与治疗组,两组各40例,术中均使用催产素,其中治疗组孕妇舌下含服米索前列醇,观察术中及术后出血情况。[结果]治疗组40例全部有效,疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]米索前列醇防治剖宫产术中及术后出血疗效显著,值得临床推广。
[Objective] To study the clinical efficacy of misoprostol in treating and preventing bleeding in cesarean section. [Method] Randomly divide patients into control group 40 cases and treatment one 40;administer the oxytocin in operation;the treatment group takes misoprostol under tongue,observe the bleeding in operation. [Result] For the treatment group,all were effective, the cure effect was better than control one （P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]The misoprostol has marked cure effect in cesarean section bleeding, worthy clinical promotion.
