摘要
根据《金匮要略》对胸痹心痛的症状描述,参考古代文献,其所论胸痹为阳虚阴盛、胸阳痹阻之病证,涉及肺、心、脾胃等脏病变;心痛病机亦为阳虚阴盛,包括心痛、胃痛等。《金匮》胸痹、心痛合篇的意义主要在于强调脾胃与心生理关系密切,病变易互相影响,调理脾胃对心病治疗具重要意义,《金匮》胸痹心痛篇方药体现了和胃降逆、祛痰健脾、温胃散寒、补脾温中等治法。
Under description in ＂Synopsis Of the Golden Chamber＂（ referred as Synopsis here after） on chest paralysis and heartache, referring to ancient documents, the chest paralysis is the disease of Yang deficiency, excessive Yin and blocked chest Yang, concerning the lesion of lung, heart, spleen and stomach; heartache has mechanism of Yang deficiency and excessive Yin, including heart pain and stomachache, etc. The contextual meaning of chest paralysis and heartache in Synopsis mainly emphasizes the close relationship between spleen stomach and mental physiology, their mutual affecting lesions as well. Adjusting spleen and stomach is of great meaning to treat heart disease. The formulae in Synopsis on chest paralysis and heartache embody the therapies of harmo- nizing stomach to reduce athwart, removing sputum to reinforce spleen, warming stomach to relieve cold and notifying spleen to warm middle part.
