摘要
认为通过试验确定的PSS参数定值不能充分发挥PSS的性能。根据并网运行机组产生弱阻尼机电振荡问题的原理,在基于单机无穷大系统的仿真平台上采用完善的系统线性化计算技术,研究影响PSS参数整定的各种因素,确定PSS相位补偿应遵循的原则,同时确定了PSS增益合理取值区间的量化原则。对PSS投运试验中存在的问题和不足,建议增加新的试验项目,以检验PSS在要求的频率范围内的综合性能。
The settings of PSS parameters decided by the test can't exploit the performance of PSS to the full. According to the theory of low damping of electromechanical oscillation caused by the electrical machines, this paper studies the factors which influence how to set the PSS parameters. All these studies are performed on the simulation platform based on single-machine-infinite-bus system using perfect linearization computation technology. As a result, the principle of phase compensation and reasonable gain quantization of PSS is determined. Due to some shortages existing in laSS commissioning test, it is suggested to carry out new test items to verify the comprehensive performance of laSS in the specified frequency range.
