摘要
提出一种配电网接线模式的综合评价体系,该体系综合考虑了配电网接线模式的安全性可靠性、经济性等因素,并建立了各项指标的模糊隶属度函数,按各指标值的加权平均对配电网接线模式进行综合评估。选用上海某地区10 kV中压配电网规划的实际案例,对该地区的多个规划方案进行评价,算例表明,提出的方法能有效量化描述配电网接线模式的优劣。
A comprehensive evaluation method for distribution network connection modes was proposed, which considers various factors such as security, reliability, and economy. The fuzzy membership function was constructed for the evaluation indices, and the final evaluation was determined by the weighted average of each index. The method was used to evaluate several plans for a 10 kV distribution network in Shanghai, and the results proved the method effective.
