摘要
目的了解2006年1月-2007年12月医院铜绿假单胞菌感染分布及对不同抗生素药物的耐药情况,以指导临床合理用药。方法使用法国梅里埃公司的VITEK2细菌鉴定仪,以K—B法分离菌株进行药物敏感实验。分析软件使用WHONET5.4。结果2007年与2006年比较铜绿假单胞菌感染无增加趋势,但耐药率普遍增高,耐药率低的抗生素依次为头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、头孢吡肟、头孢他啶、氨曲南、阿米卡星、美罗培南、亚胺培南、哌拉西林。结论铜绿假单胞菌仍是我院主要致病菌,极易耐药,应严格控制院内感染的发生。
Objective To investigate the distributing of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and the change in antimicrobial resistance to Pseudomonas aeruginosa in our hospital from Jan 2006 to Dec 2007 and instruct to use medicine reasonably. Methods P. aeruginosa was identified by VITEK2 system, and its antimicrobial resistance was determined by Kirby-Bauer method. The antimicrobial resistance rate were analyzed by WHONETS. 4 software. Results The active agents against P. aeruginosa were cefoperazone and sulbactam, cefepime, ceftazidine, aztreonam, amikasin, meropenem, imipenem, piperacillin. Conclusion P. aeruginosa is still a major pathogenic bacterium in our hospital.
