摘要
校外实习是"2+1"模式下人才培养的关键性环节,设计《校外实习指导书》不仅必要,而且要依据专业人才培养目标和校外实习的环境条件,确定具体的阶段目标和内容,并实现师生间的互动反馈,使校外实习环节处于校企双方的控制之下,提高校外实践教学的质量和水平。
The Internship is a key of the training course. Designing the internship guide book is necessary. According to the training goal and the practice conditions, determ/ne the stage goal and content, then to achieve feedback between the teachers and the students. Controlled by the school and enterprises, the quality and level of the internship will be improved.
