摘要
在分析贵州农业信息化发展现状及存在问题的基础上,提出依托国家"金农工程",开发农业信息资源,完善农业信息市场,加强农业信息标准化建设,大力培养农业信息人才等对策和措施,对实现贵州农业跨越发展,具有十分重要的现实意义。
Consistent with the central File No. 1, the paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the develop- ment of agricultural informationization in Guizhou, under both domestic and international perspectives; on the backstop- ping of ＂Gulden Agriculture＂ project, puts forwards the measures how to develop the resources and improve the market of agricultural information, as well as promote its standardization and human capital storage. It has very important realistic meanings to the frog - leap development of Guizhou agriculture.
