摘要
系统分析了当今世界优秀撑竿跳高运动员的身体形态、专项素质、技术指标与成绩的关系,并结合我国少年儿童的生长发育特点,提出了包括年龄、身体形态、身体素质、心理素质、基本技术等指标的我国撑竿跳高运动员的初级选材模式,对其专项技术训练的特点和规律作了探讨,并提出了少儿撑竿跳高运动员专项技术训练方法和应注意的问题。
The paper analyses the physical shape, specific quality, technique index and achievement of the world excellent pole vault athletes and proposes the athlete election model with indexes of age, physical shape, psychological quality and basic skills. The paper also discusses the specific training features and rules.
