摘要
研究了GH132(Fe-25Ni-15Cr基)合金在773K,应力幅862MPa和923K,应力幅510MPa实验条件下的循环蠕变行为。实验结果表明,在两种实验条件下随着循环周期的缩短,断裂寿命延长而包迹稳态蠕变速率减小。断裂数据作归一化处理后近似地满足线性损伤规律。根据扫描电镜和透射电镜观察,对该合金的循环蠕变行为进行了分析。
The cyclic creep behaviour of the GH132 alloy (Fe25Ni15Cr based) under two testing conditions: (1) 773 K and peak stress 862 MPa, and (2) 923 K and peak stress 510 MPa has been investigated The experiments show that, under the both experimental conditions with the decrease of the cyclic period, the fracture life increases and the envelope minimum creep rate decreases After the normalization of the fracture data, it is found that the data obey the linear cumulative law The origin for the behaviour of cyclic creep is analyzed in the light of scanning and transmission electron microscopy observations
