摘要
在中国农业社会儒教礼制的文化架构中,政府信任关系表现为一种习俗型的信任关系,它以血缘共同体为原生点,与作为"情感-伦常"社会关系模式同构的,在学术表述中,是以"礼"来加以概括的。因而,习俗型信任关系也是被作为"礼"和受到礼俗规范的。习俗型信任关系也是统治权力合法性的来源,反过来作用于中国农业社会统治体系,发挥着维护统治秩序的功能。
In the cultural framework of Chinese agricultural society characterized by Confucian ethical mode,government trust relationship shows itself as a convention-type trust relationship.It has its origin in blood relationship and has the pattern of feeling and ethics.In academic expression,it is summed up in terms of rite.Therefore,convention-type trust relationship is governed by 'rite' and regulated by convention.From convention-type trust relationship comes the legitimacy of the ruling power.It then react on the ruling system of Chinese agricultural society and plays the role of maintaining the governing order.
