摘要
2000年《财经》杂志上一场对机构投资者黑幕的揭开,带来了对机构投资者的思考,一时间"操盘大户"、"剥削中小股东权益"等标签纷纷贴到了机构投资者身上。伴随这几年我国资本市场往全流通健康有序地发展,以基金为首的机构投资者得到了蓬勃的发展,标志就是股票市场越来越成为机构投资者的博弈场。本文从中国和美国资本市场的发展轨迹来研究机构投资者的行为变化。
The exposure of the truth of institutional investors by Finance and Economy in 2000 led to the reflection of institutional investors.Over a period of time,the institutional investors were tagged as 'dealers' or 'exploiters'.With the healthy development of the capital market these years,institutional investors have well developed and become the main force of the market.On the basis of analyzing the documents,the paper traces the development route of the capital market of both China and America and studies the behaviour changes of institutional investors.
