摘要
本文研究了在La_2O_3·0.10SiO_2·0.95P_2O_5基质中Dy^(3+)离子对Tb^(3+)离子的敏化发光,讨论了Dy^(3+)、Tb^(3+)离子共激活的式样中,Tb^(3+)离子及Dy^(3+)离子浓度对发光的影响,初步证实了Dy^(3+)→Tb^(3+)的能量传递机理为电多极共振传递。
This work has dealt with the fluorescence of both singly and doubly doped phosphor La2O3·0.10SiO2·0.95 P2O5 by Tb3+ and Dy3+ ions. Experimental results ohtained from the excitation and emission spectra, the fluorescence lifetimes of the excited 5D3 state of Tb3+ and the concentration dependence of emission intensity of relevent activator ions showed that there exists the energy transfer process from 5D3 to 5D4 state of Tb3+ ions via the codoped Dy3+ ions. The mechanism of this energy transfer process has been proved to be of the resonance type.
