摘要
目的探讨正常人肝组织结构上H_1和H_2受体的分布。方法用光学放射自显影术对8名非肝病患者肝组织进行定位研究。结果 H_1、H_2受体广泛分布于肝细胞和肝内血管壁上,以H_2受体占优势;肝细胞上的H_1、H_2受体显著高于各血管壁(P<0.05),H_2受体肝静脉壁上最高,显著高于肝动脉和门静脉(P<0.01)。结论肝细胞上的组胺受体可能参与了组胺的代谢,组胺对肝血流动力学的影响可能是以肝静脉壁上H_2受体介导的缩血管效应为主。
Objective To explore the distribution of histamine H_1 and H_2 receptors in the human hepatic tis- sues. Methods The distribution of histamine H_1 and H_2 receptors in hepatic tissues of 8 patients without liver diseases were orientationally studied by light autoradiography. Results H_1 and H_2 receptors were exrensively distributed in the hepatocytes and intrahepatic vascular walls and H_2 receptors were main. H_1 and H_2 receptors in the hepatocytes were higher than in the intrahepatic vascular walls (P<0.05). There re more H_2 receptors in the intrahepatic venous walls than in the intrahepatic arterial and portal walls (P<0.01). Conclusion The histamine H_1 and H_2 receptors in the hepatocytes and intrahepatic vascular walls might mediate biochemical and hemodynamic activities.
