新型的胆源性胰腺炎动物模型 被引量:19

Experiment al biliary pancreatitis-A new model

摘要 目的研制一种与临床胆源性胰腺炎(Bp)相似的动物模型。方法采用电压3伏和频率20Hz的电针刺激大鼠行走于十二指肠内的胆胰管末端。结果电针刺激胆胰管1小时后,见胰腺轻微的肿胀及充血。饲养24小时后,血淀粉酶和尿淀粉酶均明显升高,胰腺肿胀及充血明显。镜下见胰腺间质水肿及大量的炎性细胞浸润;小叶内蛋白样积液;胰腺泡细胞空泡样变和局灶性坏死。结论该模型符合急性胰腺炎的病理改变。它的病理生理变化更符合于临床BP的发生过程,它是一种新型的Bp动物模型。 Objective To study and manufacture a new animal model of biliary pancreatitis (Bp) similar to clin- ic Bp. Methods Using electric needle with 3 voltage and 20 Hz to stimulate common bile pancreatic duct through duodenum of rat. Results One h after electric needle stimulation of common bile pancreatic duct pancreas appeared a little edema and congestion. Twentyfour h after feeding of the rats, the contents of blood amylase and urine amylase were increased significantly, and obvious pancreas edema and congestion were found. Pancreatic histologic changes under microscope included interstitiar edema with acute inflam- matory cell infiltration,intralobular proteinaceous fluid,and acinal cell vacuolation and focal necrosis. Con- clusion These findings indicated that pancreatic morphologic changes in this model of Bp were conformi- ty to the pathologic changes in acute pancreatitis, suggesting the model was a new animal model of Bp.
