摘要
试验探讨了日粮中不同硫酸锌和蛋氨酸螯合锌水平对肉用仔鸡生产性能、血液生化指标和胫骨锌及铁浓度的影响。选用1日龄岭南黄肉鸡720只,按体重和性别随机分为6组,每组4个重复,每个重复30只鸡。在玉米豆粕型基础日粮中分别以硫酸锌和蛋氨酸螯合锌形式添加40、80和120mg/kg锌饲喂试验鸡,预饲10d,正式试验期为21d。结果表明,日粮锌源和锌水平对肉仔鸡平均日增重、平均日采食量、血清碱性磷酸酶活性、血清葡萄糖和总蛋白浓度以及胫骨锌和铁含量无明显影响,在锌添加水平为40mg/kg时,蛋氨酸螯合锌处理组耗料增重比显著低于硫酸锌组(P<0.05)。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the influence of different dietary Met-Zn and ZnSO4 levels on the growth performance,serum biochemistry indexes and concentration of Zn and Fe in the tibia of young broilers. 720 Lingnanhuang broilers of 1 day age were selected and allotted to 6 groups by weights and gender,with 4 replicates per group and 30 broilers each replicate. They were fed corn-soybean diet with 40,80 and 120 mg/kg zinc at the forms of Met-Zn and ZnSO4,respectively. All broilers were fed for 10 days before formal feeding experiment and the formal experiment lasted for 21 days. The results showed that dietary zinc source and levels didn't have significant effect on average daily gain,average feed intake,serum alkalinity phosphatase activity,glucose and total protein concentration in serum,zinc and iron concentration in tibia,but groups treated with Met-Zn had significantly higher feed conversion than group with ZnSO4 (P〈0.05)when their zinc supplementary level was 40 mg/kg.
