摘要
文章从道德风险的一般理论出发,分析了我国社会养老保险中被保险人道德风险的各种表现形式以及道德风险所产生的危害,并对诱发社会养老保险道德风险的原因进行了探讨,在此基础上,针对养老保险领域道德风险的具体发生发展环节,就道德风险的防范提出了相应的对策思考。
Beginning with the general theory , this paper gives analyses on all kindS of manifestation of moral hazards in social pen- sion insurance and disadvantages and damages arising from moral hazards. Furthermore, this study also discusses the factors which induce the happenings of moral hazards in social pension insurance. Based on its reasons, the author gives sug- gestions of the control of moral hazards in social pension insurance accounting for its different survival surroundings.
