摘要
《古田会议决议》是党的思想政治工作理论的第一个纲领性文献。它启示我们:增强思想政治工作的实效性必须突出思想政治工作的地位作用,把握思想政治工作内容的层次性和针对性,注重教育方式方法的灵活多样性,切实提高政工干部的综合素质。
The resolution of Gutian conference is the first important document of CCP＇s theories of ideological and political work. It indicates us： we must highlight the importance of ideological and political work, seize the level of ideological and political work, emphasize the flexibility of educational methods and develop the managers＇ qualities of ideological and political work thus to strengthen the validity of ideological and political work.
