摘要
根据模态分析原理,阐述了结构应变模态的特点及测试方法,建立了微型汽车驱动桥桥壳的动态响应模态模型。根据此模型,可计算出任意载荷条件下结构的应变响应,确定疲劳危险点,进而可进行结构疲劳分析的计算机模拟。
According to the principle of modal analysis, the characteristics and test method of structure's strain mode was studied and the strain response mode of automotive driving axle housing was established in this paper. Based on this model, the sturcture's dynamic strain response under any dynamic loads could be estimated and its fatigue analysis conld be simulated in computer.
