摘要
The electrochemical properties of gold electrode(PMB/Au) modified with polymethylene blue(PMB) and the electrochemical behaviors of UA at PMB/Au were studied.The kinetics parameters were determined.PMB/Au exhibited a significant catalytic effect for the oxidation of Uric acid(UA).The oxidation peak potential shifted 70mV negatively and the peak current increased greatly for UA at PMB/Au comparing with the bare Au electrode.The kinetic parameters such as the electron transfer coefficient and the reaction rate constant for catalytic oxidation of UA on PMB/Au were evaluated,respectively.
