从能源的开发及其利用过程,分析了其对大气环境的破坏程度、对人体健康的危害程度以及从环境外部成本的角度,分析发展核能的可比性,探讨了发展核能的必然性和紧迫性,展望了21世纪核能发展的态势。
Based on an analysis of the impact of energy development and exploitation on atmospheric environment and on human health, this paper analyzes the comparability of developing nuclear energy in terms of environmental exterior cost, discusses the inevitability and urgency of nuclear energy development, and anticipates the tendency of nuclear energy development in the 21 st century.
